SoftRadar (CodeRockers LTD) takes copyright seriously. We respect the intellectual property rights of rights holders and are committed to full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”) and applicable law.

We do not tolerate copyright infringement on https://softradar.com (the “Service”). When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we act promptly and decisively: we remove or disable access to the reported material without delay, and we take further measures against repeat or clear abuse.

If you believe that material on the Service infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to enforce, please notify us immediately using the process below. We review and process compliant notices as a priority.

Our Commitment

• We process valid DMCA notices expeditiously.
• Upon a substantially complete notice, we remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content as soon as practicable — typically as quickly as our operations allow after the notice is verified.
• We cooperate fully with rights holders and with lawful civil or criminal proceedings arising from copyright infringement.
• We maintain a firm repeat-infringer policy and will terminate or block access where warranted.
• SoftRadar’s catalogue is intended for official shareware / trial software, not cracked or pirated copies. We do not distribute cracks, keygens, serial numbers, licence keys, or other circumvention tools.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid notice of claimed infringement must include all of the following so we can act immediately:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works).
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it at once (exact URL(s) on softradar.com are strongly preferred).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you: name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Knowingly submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We still encourage good-faith rights holders to contact us without hesitation — we are ready to remove infringing material promptly.

Immediate Action After a Valid Notice

As soon as we receive a substantially compliant DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
• Where applicable, notify the user or source associated with the material that access has been disabled;
• Preserve the notice and related records;
• Cooperate fully with any lawful investigation, civil claim, or criminal proceeding connected to the infringement.

Our goal is simple: infringing content does not stay on SoftRadar. Valid claims are not ignored, delayed, or deprioritised. Once material is removed or disabled pursuant to a DMCA notice, we treat that removal as final for our Service.

Repeat Infringers — Strict Enforcement

We enforce a strict repeat-infringer policy. Users or sources that repeatedly infringe copyright will have their access disabled or terminated. We reserve the right to take additional protective measures where infringement is clear or ongoing.
