Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how SoftRadar (CodeRockers LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus — “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use https://softradar.com and related services (the “Service”).

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the applicable Cyprus data protection legislation, including the Protection of Natural Persons with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data and for the Free Movement of Such Data Law (Law 125(I)/2018), as amended.

If our Service contains links to third-party websites or services, those third parties have their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to your activity after you leave our Service.

Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with any supplementary measures that may be required.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Retention periods depend on the type of data and the context (for example, security logs, correspondence, or published comments). When data is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it where feasible.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not directed at children. Under Cyprus law implementing GDPR Article 8, the age of digital consent for information society services is 14. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR and Cyprus law, you have the right to:

User-Generated Content

Content you submit for publication (such as comments or reviews) may become publicly visible after moderation. Once published, it may be accessible to third parties outside the scope of this Privacy Policy. Please do not include unnecessary personal data in public posts.

If we transfer all or part of our business or assets, personal data may be among the transferred assets. Any successor will be required to respect this Privacy Policy (or a successor policy providing equivalent protection) to the extent required by law.
