Softaken Lotus Notes Contacts Converter is a Windows utility from Softaken Software that extracts address book entries from Lotus Notes (now HCL Notes) NSF files, typically names.nsf. It is aimed at people leaving Notes or sharing its contacts with other software, and it relies on an installed Notes client to open the database, so it cannot run on a machine without one.
Takes a Notes address book to Outlook, phones and spreadsheets without retyping entries.
One or several NSF files are added and scanned, and the contacts are previewed with names, personal and business details, mobile and fax numbers. They are then saved as vCard (VCF) for phones and other address books, CSV for spreadsheets, or MSG and PST for Microsoft Outlook, where several sources can go into one PST file or into separate ones. The output folder is freely chosen. The demo is limited to ten contacts per folder; a paid licence lifts the limit.
