I've used the Bluetooth PC Dialer software to make and receive calls from my laptop. It's easy to set up and the sound quality is good. The interface is intuitive, but I've noticed some lag when I'm trying to make a call. The software also supports conference calls, but the audio was a bit distorted when I tried it. I think it's a good program, but it definitely has some room for improvement.
