Boardmix is a visual workspace for people who plan projects, run discussions, or work through ideas with others. Individuals can sketch out a process, arrange notes for a meeting, or outline a presentation. Teams can use shared boards to collect input during a session and keep related diagrams, text, and images in one place for later reference.

Teammates can edit the same canvas as ideas develop, keeping plans and visual notes together.

Start with an empty board or choose a template, then move shapes, notes, and images around the canvas. Colleagues can make changes and leave comments while others are working. Tools for mapping ideas and drawing process diagrams help turn rough notes into structured visuals. An AI tool can also produce initial drafts of diagrams, idea maps, and presentations. Access is available through a Windows app or browser.
