CheckMail

CheckMail from DeskSoft is a small email notifier that runs in the Windows system tray. It checks any number of POP3 mailboxes, including accounts that require SSL or TLS such as Gmail, and alerts the user when new messages arrive, with customisable sounds and notifications. Messages can be previewed and deleted directly on the mail server before they are downloaded to the email client.

Removes spam and oversized messages on the server before they reach your mail program.

Spam filters and sorting rules help to remove unwanted mail automatically, and because CheckMail never opens attachments or runs scripts, suspicious messages can be inspected safely. The program can also write, reply to and forward messages, and it includes its own POP3 and SMTP server for special setups.

Features:

• Unlimited POP3 accounts
• SSL and TLS support
• Preview and delete messages on the server
• Spam filters and sorting rules
• Customisable notifications
• Built-in POP3 and SMTP server
