Picture Collage Maker Pro is a program, by the name of which you can easily guess that it is designed primarily to create a variety of collages from photos and images. The user interface of the program is quite simple and clear - the user can import photos using a file browser with a tree-like view mode, the drag-n-drop interface is also supported.
