VentaFax for Windows software package is designed to work with fax modems in MS Windows environment. The software package has a simple and convenient graphical interface, which makes learning the program not only easy, but also pleasant.
All versions of VentaFax package provide receiving and sending fax messages when working with fax modems supporting Fax Class 1, 1.0, 2, 2.0 and 2.1 command systems. The program supports both black and white and color faxes. You will be able to receive and send faxes manually without interrupting the conversation on the parallel phone. You will also be able to send a fax with a dial-up modem. In the automatic answer to incoming calls, the program will receive a fax automatically, without your participation (except for the Private version).
VentaFax allows for seamless sending and receiving of both black and white and color faxes, without interrupting the parallel phone conversation.

VentaFax is a software designed to make faxing and voicemail management easier directly from your computer. It seamlessly integrates with Windows applications giving you the ability to send faxes with customized cover pages and schedule transmissions. The software also functions as an answering machine differentiating between voice calls, data calls and faxes. It offers options for message retrieval and caller ID display well. Additional features include email notifications for messages, call recording and speech synthesis capabilities. However it's worth noting that Venta Fax may not be compatible with Skype due to differences in protocols.
