A1RunGuard is an access control tool for Windows PCs used by more than one person. It lets you restrict selected applications without changing access to the rest of the desktop. You can stop a program from opening, require a password when it starts, or review records of attempted launches that were blocked.
Set launch rules so people using the PC must enter a password before opening selected applications.
After installation, you create a main password and configure rules in the settings window. The program displays active applications and lets you stop one or launch a different program in its place. Password prompts can use the main credential or a separate one for each application. You can also define rules by file path and inspect recorded events.
