CPix from FileFriend is a free, portable image viewer for Windows. It opens JPEG, PNG, GIF including animations, BMP, TIFF, WBMP and APNG images as well as MPO multi-picture files, and it runs without installation, so it can be kept on a USB drive. Besides viewing, it handles a few everyday picture tasks without a separate editor.
