DeskScapes is a program that allows you to make your desktop wallpaper animated, or simply add beautiful visual effects to the background. The user interface is simple and easy to use. The main window of the program will offer you to choose one of the presented images, and also to designate its exposition. Only three options are available: video wallpaper, dynamic wallpaper and mixed mode.

Basically, DeskScapes is a common extension of one of the system services available in Windows Vista and 7 called DreamScene. That's why the work of the program practically doesn't affect the system's performance in any way. It supports multiple monitors and allows you to download new background images directly from the official website. There's also a large gallery of regular static wallpaper.

DeskScapes allows you to customize your desktop with animated wallpapers, boosting your visual experience without impacting system performance.

DeskScapes is a personalization application that allows you to transform your wallpapers and screensavers into scenes while providing a wide range of customization options. It offers access to a library of made wallpapers and supports the usage of videos and Dream files to animate desktop backgrounds. The app also features Dream Maker, a tool that provides over 60 effects for creating custom backgrounds along with colorization options to enhance images or videos. Despite its monitor support and various desktop customization features, the interface may initially seem complex to navigate and modifying existing wallpapers could potentially impact image quality. On the whole DeskScapes serves as a tool for enhancing PC wallpapers and screensavers. However mastering its potential may require some effort. Essentially DeskScapes is a program designed to bring life and personalization to your Windows desktop wallpaper. You can choose from an array of animated wallpapers already provided by DeskScapes or utilize your images or WMV files for a customized experience. All in all, Deskscapes is a nice alternative to Windows standard desktop backgrounds.

DeskScapes is an amazing software that allows you to customize the look of your computer desktop with ease. It offers a huge selection of wallpapers, animations and effects that can be applied to your desktop with just a few clicks. I especially like the ability to layer multiple effects, which can really make your desktop look unique. The software is also very easy to use, with a simple and intuitive interface. The tools it provides to customize wallpapers and animation are also very helpful. I’ve found DeskScapes to be an invaluable tool for making my desktop look great, and I’m very happy with how much it can do. It’s also been reliable and stable, with no issues when running it. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the selection of wallpapers, but that’s a minor issue.
