The main window of the program consists of the project file manager, the code window, the section with the list of used functions and the auxiliary section with bookmarks, properties and comments.

The program can also terminate code sections and check its correctness right during the process of writing. Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers for Windows are tools for creating Java EE and web applications.  Included are many tools and development software that allow you to create quite a bit in the Java application.  Some coding skills with Java would be recommended, as this software kit is not for beginners.  Be aware that you will need quite a bit of space on your computer, so make sure you've got a few gigabytes free before downloading! 

Also make sure that you have the Java Runtime Environment on your computer, as you will need it to run the software and any Java applications you produce.  Luckily all of this material is free, so that makes it quite easy to find what you need!
