The most popular formats - 3GP, AMR and MP4 - can be used to send MMS from mobile phones.

Mobile Media Converter for Windows formats.  I really like this program as I make music in my studio at home.  This software program really helps me step out of the mold and try something new! Mobile Media Converter for Windows is exactly as it sounds. It is a program that enables you to convert common video and audio formats on your computer (such as wma and wmv) into common video and audio mobile formats such as mp4. I would definitely suggest this because I've always had trouble when trying to transfer videos from a computer to a phone or vise versa.
