Plotagon is a desktop tool for building short animated films around conversations and scripted events. Teachers can use it to illustrate a lesson, while teams can present a workplace situation or explain a process. Individuals can also make character-led stories without drawing each frame. The finished work can be saved as a video for viewing or sharing.

Written dialogue becomes an animated scene without drawing characters or setting every movement by hand.

Choose a setting, assemble a cast, and enter dialogue to shape each scene. Character options cover appearance, clothing, expressions, and gestures. Speech can come from generated voices or audio you import or record, with mouth movements matched to the recording. You can add images, music, audio effects, and captions, then save the result as an MP4 file at resolutions up to 4K.
