SmartPOP2Exchange from JAM Software is a Windows service that downloads email from external POP3 and IMAP mailboxes, including catch-all accounts, and delivers it to Microsoft Exchange or any other SMTP server. It is used by companies whose mail is hosted by a provider but read through their own Exchange server.
Brings mail from external mailboxes into an Exchange server automatically.
Incoming mail is checked by the built-in SpamAssassin filter with Bayes learning and by the ClamAV virus scanner. Outlook-like rules sort and redirect messages, a scheduler retrieves many accounts in parallel over SSL, and OAuth2 is supported for Outlook.com. Mail can be backed up, errors trigger notifications, and accounts can be imported from Excel. A free trial is available.
