Softaken PST to PDF Converter

Softaken PST to PDF Converter from Softaken Software is a Windows program for turning Outlook mail into documents that can be read without a mail client. It opens PST and OST data files and writes each e-mail as a PDF file, which suits archiving, legal records and sharing correspondence with people who do not use Outlook.

Turns Outlook mail into PDF documents for archiving, printing or sharing.

A PST file is loaded and previewed, then either the whole file or selected mail folders are converted, with the folder hierarchy kept and empty folders optionally skipped. Attachments are saved to a separate folder rather than embedded, and HTML or MHTML can be chosen instead of PDF. Password-protected, ANSI and Unicode files are supported, and neither Outlook nor Adobe Acrobat is needed. The demo converts the first ten items; licences are paid.

Features:

• PST and OST mail to PDF
• HTML and MHTML as alternative output
• Attachments saved in a separate folder
• Whole file or selected folders
• Option to skip empty folders
• Preview of messages before conversion
