This simply means that you need to understand the temperatures when specific components are stressed etc but if you are still new to it there shouldn't be a major issue caused. It's a simple way to better your pc experience and maybe even extend the life by having a properly cooled computer.

In my MacBook, I have fans blowing very loudly and it gets very hot when I run multiple applications, it seems this product will control these fans and control the output of which it needs to be run and hopefully make it more efficient while cooling my system down
