Antivirus check: VirusTotal report
Vovsoft PDF Reader is a minimal PDF viewer for Windows developed by Vovsoft. It is meant for people who only need to open, read and search PDF documents and prefer a small program with a plain interface over a full PDF suite. It runs standalone, and a portable edition can be started from a USB drive.
Opens PDF files quickly without installing a large PDF suite.
Documents can be viewed in full-screen or two-page mode, rotated, zoomed and searched with keyword highlighting. Selected text can be highlighted, annotated or read aloud, forms can be filled in and saved as new PDF files, and pages can be exported as PNG, JPG, TIF, GIF or BMP images. Password-protected files and attachments are supported, as are command line options. The viewer is free to try; a paid licence permits commercial use and includes lifetime updates.
