To create a mosaic, you need a collection of photos that will be used as elements of a mosaic image, and a picture that will be used as a matrix to build a mosaic. If you have all this, you can create different mosaic images by changing the settings.

And guess what, the software is absolutely free, just good enough for a broke college student such as myself. It comes with the full features too when its free which really suprised me.
