BitsCast has an easy-to-use but functional interface that is similar to something like a dashboard in Outlook email. It will be very simple for the average user who may be intimidated by computers and interfaces. The interface may be clustered but it is easy to use. There is a row with icons at the top which appear as buttons to assist you in doing anything that you desire. The buttons at the top of the interface will assist with adding feeds and looking through others that you are interested in adding. They also have a section for archiving feeds and exporting playlists to your own personal interface. It will be a great experience.
The interface comes preloaded with some very popular brand names of new sources. Some of these sources are BBC, CNET, CNN, and the New York Times and the Washington Post. There are also a variety of podcasts available to choose from. Some of the podcast sources are ABC News, CBS News, CNN Marketplace, Rocketbook, The Wizards of Technology, and many other topics from YouTube. The interface also mentions that there is a BitTorrent downloader.
It has been mentioned that there have been some tests carried out on the interface. Most of the tests show that the program operates as it shoud. Most tests show it operates quickly and efficiently. There has been a citing that shows that the BitsCast crashed while it was adding a feed. However, after that, the app recovered and started running again as planned. After the crash, it was determined that the feed was still saved during the crash. It is reported that all users should find this interface easy to use.
