Bitser is relatively good and free archiving utility to use. It is very easy to use as it supports numerous archive types, you will not need another software it does the job. I think that Bitser has lots of pros, as it supports 34 bit and 64 bit Windows additions, you can simply add Bitser to the right-click context menu. Application interface makes you feel at home. You can use Bitser to access and create archives, archives can be encrypted and password protected. You can store multiple passwords in an encrypted file. Bitser is freeware.

Bitser's interface is built around the file system with explorer style views, and features similar to those found in backup applications. All underlying archiving functions are performed using the open source 7-zip compression software and therefore all major archiving formats are supported. Bitser also provides a password manager and MD5/SHA checksum calculator to verify file identity.

This is a great tool used to extract and zip information and it even includes a way to manage your passwords. It has a nice interface which supports drag and drop, so you can manage zipped files with ease.

It is very helpful to view most of Internet downloads which is in a compressed format. Definitely, Bitserr is differnet from other software like this. It has a big tabbed interfere with five tabs such as “Create“, “Manage“, “Reports“, “Passwords” and “Options”.

Coming across Bitser for Windows was truly a godsend, it's a fantastic alternative WinZip, offering in my opinion a better user interface and performs more function more efficiently. It extracts a large number of different file types and offers a fuller-service than alternatives. I am always trying to find ways to make files smaller. Bitser for Windows does that for me. I use it to zip and unzip files for backup. It's a free download. I can use it create files at the same time from windows explorer. Such a time saver. It also has a focus on security. It scans files for malware and viruses. That puts my mind at ease.
