Cydia Impactor

Cydia Impactor is a GUI software tool for working with mobile devices. It lets you install IPA files on iOS devices and APK files on Android devices from your computer, which gives you more freedom on your mobile device. It lets you sideload unofficial games, apps and tweaks, including jailbreak apps packaged as IPA files. It was created by Jay Freeman, also known as saurik, famous for creating Cydia, the alternative app store for jailbroken iOS devices. The tool can also exploit the series of Android "Master Key" vulnerabilities to gain root access on older Android devices.

To use: download the latest version from the official site, extract it and start the program. Connect your device over USB and select it in the device list. Then drag the IPA or APK file you want to install onto the Cydia Impactor window. For iOS, the tool signs the IPA file with your Apple ID; since late 2019 this only works with a paid Apple developer account. On Windows, iTunes must be installed to work with iOS devices. It is also available for Mac OS X and Linux.

It lets you sideload apps and tweaks that are not available in the official app stores without installing Xcode or the Android SDK.
