If you use the classic version of this software a lot, you may want to look in to buying the deluxe version
It has all the capabilities to compress and create vhd, create images, and also burn images on disc format or any storage drive that is compatible, which will be the case for 99% of all your uses. Highly recommend this product although there is a free version.

What an awesome product! Since discovering this, I could not be without it. Such an intuitive design and so easy to use. It is such a big help in creating VHD and images, editing and compressing images, converting NRG to ISO and many other things. In terms of imaging software, I find it to be the most advanced and powerful that I have used. One of the most useful features is being able to back up any files to disk, VHD or TrueCrypt container. I love love love this product!
