FrameView helps Windows users assess how a graphics card handles games and other rendered applications. It tracks FPS, the duration of individual frames, and GPU power draw during a test session. Players can check whether changing graphics settings affects smoothness, while people comparing hardware can examine how much performance they get for the power consumed.

View live measurements and save session data to compare smoothness and power use after a test.

Measurements appear in an on-screen display that you can adjust to show the information you need. FrameView also saves recorded results to a log for later review, with statistics based on PresentMon. It supports different graphics card brands, common rendering interfaces, and Windows UWP apps. Supported cards can provide power readings through software interfaces without an external meter.

Features:

  • Displays live FPS in an adjustable overlay
  • Records individual frame duration for pacing checks
  • Saves session measurements for later review
  • Reports GPU chip power on supported cards
  • Measures board power on supported Nvidia cards
  • Supports common rendering interfaces and UWP apps
Windows 10 or Windows 11
64-bit operating system required
