FreeCap is a free program that allows you to forward connections through a SOCKS server. The application is based on the universal implementation of DLL in external processes, which intercepts Winsock API calls and redirects connection requests. Given the fact that not all programs are able to work directly through SOCKS-proxies (e.g. Internet Explorer), FreeCap will be extremely useful for performing the required operations.

FreeCap allows forwarding connections through a SOCKS server, making it possible to use programs that don't support SOCKS-proxies directly.

- Functioning of the SOCKS Cap.

- Functioning of the SOCKS Chain program.

- Support for SOCKS protocols v4 and v5 (RFC 1928).

- Authorization support for SOCKS v5 (RFC 1929).

- Supports SOCKS server chains (SOCKS Chain).

- Support for Socks Share technology.

- Support for tunneling via HTTP proxy (RFC 2817), including use of SOCKS servers in the cascade.

- Launch the program together with the system.

Very intuitive and user friendly, and works with a variety of software (Internet Explorer / Outlook Express, Netscape, Mozilla, Trillian, Opera), very useful for being able to forward programs through SOCKS (because not all programs are able to do so on their own.)

I love using FreeCap for Windows because it's a program that lets me push connections onward as long as I have access to a SOCKS server. It's really useful if you need to execute certain operations on your computer because it helps push the connections that are required for those tasks forward. I love that it requires minimal setup and installation as well.

I've been using FreeCap for a few days now and I'm impressed by its great features. It's been very easy to set up, even for a novice user like me. The interface is intuitive and simple, so I didn't have to spend much time to get used to it. I especially like the feature of encrypting the traffic to protect my data. The speed is also great, even when I'm using the VPN. Overall, I'm very satisfied with FreeCap's performance.
