I recently tried the Geek Uninstaller software and overall I was impressed. It was extremely easy to use and had a simple, straightforward interface. It was able to quickly and reliably uninstall multiple programs at once. Furthermore, it also detected leftover files and registry entries, which was a great bonus. It was also able to detect programs that were not listed in the Add/Remove Programs list. The only downside I experienced was that it sometimes took a while to detect programs that had been uninstalled manually. However, this wasn't too much of an issue.
