It indexes folders of images, including RAW files from most cameras, into a database, so hundreds of thousands of files can be browsed, filtered and searched quickly without moving them from their original locations.

Files are organised with keywords managed through a thesaurus, hierarchical categories, collections, ratings and colour labels, and IMatch reads and writes EXIF, IPTC and XMP metadata.
