IZArc is a very good utility for unzipping files. I have used this product and found it to be as good as Winzip. Ease of use is a key factor for new users and I like that my mom (who is clueless about these things) learned to use it without my help!

I would not urge anyone to get this, half of these file types are not common, and yet, if you use torrents or are someone who has a lot of compressed files this could work for you as well as WinRar or WinZip wizard programs. Since it is free there is nothing to lose.

While ZIP and RAR have the market completely down having another software to compete with these two titans is a breath of fresh air. It works fast and it is reliable. I hope they keep adding features in the future to differentiate it from its competition

I have used IZArc software for a few years and I can say that it is a reliable and powerful tool for creating and managing archives. It is quite easy to use, with an intuitive user interface. The software supports a wide variety of file formats and I have never had any problems in compressing and extracting files. The compression is quite good too. It also allows you to add comments to the archives and encrypt them for security. The integrated file viewer and converter is also a great feature. The only downside is that it does not come with a built-in file manager.
