Like any archiver software, it opens a big array of archive format files, but one key difference is that it can be configured to run your preferred Anti-Virus scanner when you open any file.

Another exciting feature is that it supports 256-bit AES encryption, which you can use to keep your data safe. There is also an option to repair broken archives, but the most fantastic feature is that it is integrated into Windows, so any time you need to use an archiver all you have to do is right-click, and it will be available in your Windows explorer menus once you have installed it.

If English isn't your native language, you can check to see if your language is supported thanks to IZArcs built-in multilanguage support.

The Windows drag and drop interface can be used with this product, which contributes to its ease of use. All you have to do is select the archive file you want to open or mount and drag it into the IZArc program, and it will list all available options for that file. IZArc runs on Windows operating systems from Windows Vista to Windows 10. It is free, and there are 4 versions available to download: The main IZArc, IZArc2GO, IZArc Command Line Add-On, and IZArc for IOS.

The IZArc Command Line Add-On are advanced tools used with Windows command lines.

The tools can be activated from batch (.bat) files, embedded in scripting languages, or executed by other applications.

IZArc for IOS is available for iPhone, IPad, and iPod Touch. It supports ZIP, RAR, and 7-Zip archives for preview and extraction.

It can open and extract from Mail, Safari, Dropbox, SkyDrive, etc. The IOS version also offers a preview of MS Office, IWork documents, PDF, RTF, HTML files, Images, Audio/Video files, Text files, and programming language source files.

It can open almost any files type on your IOS device.

The compression used makes the file smaller, and therefore faster to transfer. There are multiple archive formats. This product support the most popular types. Initiating a virus scan against the contents of the archive file is important, but people rarely do so manually. This product can automatically initiate the scan, decreasing the likelihood of your computer getting infected.

I love how this can run with your anti-virus program together as it opens the file. No other software is able to do this.

IZArc is a very good utility for unzipping files.  I have used this product and found it to be as good as Winzip.  Ease of use is a key factor for new users and I like that my mom (who is clueless about these things) learned to use it without my help!

Primarily supportsthe following archive file types: 7-ZIP, A, ARC, ARJ, B64, BH, BIN, BZ2, BZA, C2D, CDI, CAB, CPIO, DEB, ENC, GCA, GZ, GZA, HA, IMG, ISO, IZE, JAR, LHA, LIB, LZH, MBF, MDF, MIM, NRG, PAK, PDI, PK3, RAR, RPM, TAR, TAZ, TBZ, TGZ, TZ, UUE, WAR, XPI, XXE, YZ1, Z, ZIP, ZOO I would not urge anyone to get this, half of these file types are not common, and yet, if you use torrents or are someone who has a lot of compressed files this could work for you as well as WinRar or WinZip wizard programs. Since it is free there is nothing to lose.

While ZIP and RAR have the market completely down having another software to compete with these two titans is a breath of fresh air. It works fast and it is reliable. I hope they keep adding features in the future to differentiate it from its competition

A really nest tool that handles a lot of various compression files formats and even allows you to convert from one type to another like ISO to BIN, etc. Really fast and has easy to use features like drag and drop and right click menu options.

This is one of the best archive tools out there with a wide range of file format support and a user-friendly interface. There are many features that are unique and amazing e.g. Test the archive which makes sure your data is not corrupted and helps you sleep better. 

One can also search for an item in different archives which are quite handy if you have many archives. Drag and Drop support make it super easy to use this tool.
