With Kodak EasyShare, you can relive how much fun it was to celebrate the holidays in your photos. The program helps you to transfer pictures from Kodak EasyShare cameras, sort your favorite photos into albums, print them and share them with relatives and friends. Kodak EasyShare also offers simple tools to enhance your photos. The typical installation also adds ArcSoft Print Creations for greeting cards, collages and more.

The program has many templates that can be used to create greeting cards from your photos. You can also rate, tag and caption your pictures. The built-in calendar view lets you find any photo by the date it was taken, after which you can share pictures with your relatives and acquaintances.

With the help of this program you can upload photos to Facebook, videos to YouTube, or send pictures by e-mail; in the second case the pictures are automatically resized so that the message does not carry large attachments.

Kodak EasyShare Software allows easy organization and enhancement of photos for printing and sharing.

The program can print your photos in good quality. Kodak's Perfect Touch technology can help you print vibrant images. The final version, 8.3, added support for Windows 7; Kodak removed the software from its download pages in 2012, and it is no longer developed.

In order to install and run the EasyShare program, you need administrator rights.

EasyShare requires at least 200MB of free hard disk space to install. If you have thousands of photos/videos in your My Collection folder, you may need more hard disk space, depending on the size of your photos.

The firewall can block some components of the program from accessing the Internet, such as sending mail and the online sharing and print ordering services, several of which have since been shut down. Experienced users can add the application to the firewall exceptions.
