mxORB is a low priced software on the internet that allows you to filter and block unwanted spam in your email. It will even get rid of 98% of the unsolicited commercial emails you receive.
mxORB has many different features to block spam, allowing you to guarantee you'll no longer see it anymore. It can be deployed in two different ways, either through your Exchange Server or through a separate IIS SMTP mail relay system. One of my favorite features is the fact that it can use real-time Internet databases of known spam senders and filter blocks that are based on the content that they send. It also has other attachment filters that allow you to reduce the risk of major security issues, as well as prevent viruses and other malicious malware that could be sent through email.
All the filtering that's done on mxORB is performed on a server-side which allows you to protect your email without the need of configuring individual client workstations, which can be a huge hassle otherwise. There's a free to download trial to get you started in case you aren't completely sure you want to use mxORB or you're still a bit hesitant after hearing some of the main features. Among other features include whitelisting, blacklisting, internet whitelists, internet blacklists, content filtering, attachment filtering to avoid viruses and malicious malware, customizable filter actions, statistics, logging, import and export settings, and pre-configured and ready to go settings which allow you to jump right into things.
It's an older software that's been around a long time, you can really depend on it.
As much spam and controversial content that's being sent to your email, this is basically a no-brainer solution to get rid of unwanted spam. I would highly recommend this product, and would definitely use it with all the features it has in place, as well as a simple to use and great to look at interface.
