Report a Problem

OpenRMA Repair Centre from OpenRMA Technologies is management software for computer and mobile phone repair shops and other service centres. It records each device handed in as a repair ticket linked to the customer, tracks the status of the job and the assigned technician, and keeps the communication history, so small and medium-sized repair businesses can run their workflow from one application.

Follows every repair job from device intake to the final invoice in one program.

Tickets and RMA forms are printed on Letter, A4, A5 or thermal paper, with barcodes and serial numbers. Inventory and spare parts, warranties, quotes, invoices and point-of-sale transactions are managed alongside, and customers can be notified by SMS or e-mail and check the progress in a web portal. Reports are exported to PDF or Excel. The trial runs for seven days with notifications disabled; afterwards a one-time licence is needed.
