PDF Annotator is a convenient and useful software. It allows me to quickly open PDF documents and easily add notes, highlights, and other annotations. I particularly like how easy it is to move and resize annotations and to switch between different documents. Its interface is very user friendly and intuitive, making it easy to learn how to use the various tools. I also like the ability to export annotated documents to various file formats. Overall, it is a great tool for quickly annotating PDF documents.
