Program Picker from Bond Interface Design Ltd is a launcher and task switcher for Windows. One key opens a grid of 40 tiles that mirrors the top four rows of the keyboard, and a second key or a click starts the program or file pinned to a tile, or switches to it when it is already running. It can be operated with keyboard, mouse or touch screen.

Launches and switches between programs faster than searching the taskbar or Start menu.

Up to 200 pages of tiles hold as many as 8,000 programs and files. Quick Snap resizes the active window to a half, third, quarter, sixth or eighth of the screen, and Switcher Mode, used by holding Ctrl, moves between up to four programs for copying and pasting. Power User commands and the Windows shut down options are reachable from the same screen, and a tablet mode shows a grid of larger tiles. The program is paid software with a 90-day free trial.
