• Handover: Samsung Flow can hand over content and activity to another device, including clipboard sharing between the phone and the tablet or PC, so users can continue a task without losing their progress.

• Secure Authentication: devices are paired and verified before they can exchange data. Earlier versions could also unlock the PC with the phone and Samsung Pass biometrics, but this function is no longer provided because the Windows policy has changed.

• Share Menu Support: files, links and text can be sent to the PC from almost any app on the phone, such as Samsung Notes, through the Android share menu.

• Content Sharing: Samsung Flow allows users to easily share content between devices, making it easy to move photos, videos and documents between the phone and the PC.

• Connection Options: devices connect over Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or LAN, and a USB cable can be used with Windows 10 PCs and phones running Android 10 or later.

• Multi-Device Support: Samsung Flow supports Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets running Android 8.0 or later, and up to three tablets or PCs can be registered.

• Notification Sync: notifications from the smartphone appear on the PC, and messages can be answered directly from the computer, although direct replies do not work with every messaging app.

• Smart View: the phone screen can be shown in a window on the PC, with options for the resolution, turning the phone screen off and choosing the audio output device.

• Mobile Hotspot: the PC can turn on the phone's mobile hotspot to stay connected when no other network is available.
