Simitex ArtWaver is a program for creating animated photos and screensavers. Simitex ArtWaver allows you to animate any photos and then compile a standalone executable file that can be viewed on any computer. In addition to animated photo presentations, the program allows you to create different screen savers. An important advantage of Simitex ArtWaver is that the weight of the resulting exe files and screensavers is only 2-3 times higher than the weight of the photos used in them.
