Smart Apps Creator

Smart Apps Creator is a Windows-based app creator that designs multimedia interactive apps for the Apple App Store and Google Play. It has an MS Office type interface and a real-time device preview function that allows you to view the app on a smart device before publishing. No programming skills are needed for this application. Everything is drag and drop. Projects are exported as Android (.apk), Apple Xcode project (.xcodeproj), Windows (.exe) and HTML5 files, and PDF files can be converted into apps. 

You can design with a finger or a mouse. The app automatically adjusts to the DPI and resolution of the screen it runs on. It supports subpages and page transitions such as slide flip, book flip and corner flip. Pages can hold images, audio, video, text input, timers, counters and hotspots.

All in all, if you are trying to create an app and don't know much about coding, this app is for you. It offers 17 types of animations and touchable interaction areas. The program is sold as a one-time license and has a trial version. It is developed by u-Smart Technology in Taiwan, and its official website is currently offline.
