Smarty Uninstaller

Smarty Uninstaller from OneSmarty is a free tool for removing Windows programs completely. It first runs a program's own uninstaller and then scans the disk and registry for the files, folders and registry entries that were left behind, so they can be deleted as well. Both 32-bit and 64-bit programs are supported, and broken installations can be removed by force.

The Smarty Snapshot feature records the changes a new program makes during installation, which makes a later removal thorough. Installed Windows updates and system components can be viewed, programs can be grouped and commented, and a registry backup and restore point are created before cleaning. The interface is available in thirteen languages.
