4dots Free PDF Compress is a free Windows utility for making PDF files smaller. Large documents with many images are awkward to send by email or upload, and the program reduces their size in one pass. Files are added by drag and drop, from the Explorer context menu, as whole folders including subfolders, or from a text list of file paths.
