Advantage VBM from CY Innovations is a document and email management system for small and medium businesses. Documents and emails are filed in a three-level custom structure and stored in a relational file system, which keeps them organised and helps companies meet quality and environmental standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Ribbon add-ins for Microsoft Office and Outlook file documents and emails directly from those programs. Documents have variants and versions, approvals follow a workflow, and an audit trail records every change. Access is controlled by user roles, distribution is tracked, and full-text search finds documents quickly. A single-user edition is free, and the multi-user edition uses SQL Server.
