Audacity Portable

Audacity Portable is a portable version of the well-known audio editor. The program's capabilities include editing a wide range of audio formats using waveform, applying effects, removing noise, etc.

You can add files to Audacity Portable either through the file opening dialog or by simply dragging and dropping. The waveform is scalable, allowing you to choose the exact pitch you want. Once you've selected the desired area, you can cut it and paste it to another location, copy it, or just delete it. The usual CTRL + C key combinations, etc., can be used.

Audacity Portable allows users to edit, apply effects, and remove noise from audio files from any location, without needing to install the software.

You can create a variety of effects based on tone changes and playback speed. In addition, built-in filters such as attenuation or amplification, reverse, WahWah, etc. are available. Under the Effects menu item, you'll find a huge list, and maybe you can choose something interesting for yourself. Audacity Portable is very good at removing noise (this function is also included in the Effects menu item). The quality of noise removal can be compared to the quality of the same function in SoundForge. In order to remove noise, you must first make a sample of it, and then proceed directly to removal.

The program can be used as a converter, as any open file you can save in formats such as Wav, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, M4A, AC3, AMR, WMA and some others. To do this, use "File - Export". Before exporting there is a possibility to edit tags.
