Bluebeam Vu really is a top of the line program. I personally find it useful in my daily life and I am 100% positive you will as well. So who is Bluebeam Vu really for? To be honest, if you do any sort of paperwork online, then chances are you will be using Bluebeam Vu at some point in time. In addition to that if you tend to work in an office setting which requires a lot of communication and form filling, then Bluebeam Vu is for you.
In my case, I use it for more practical reasons. I file just about everything online nowadays. The two biggest things I do are my taxes and medical insurance. Since those websites always give me forms in PDF for it used to be a headache because I needed to figure out how to edit those forms and submit them. I actually resorted to taking screenshots of the pages I needed to fill in and submitting them that way. Now with Bluebeam Vu, I can fill out these PDF files with no issues what so ever. I can even annotate, leave notes, etc. It's never been easier to deal with PDF files before so there really is no reason not to give Bluebeam Vu a try. The best thing about this program is that it is completely free to use.

The description on this site is too short for me to feel comfortable as a consumer considering buying it--the application itself looks satisfactory, though the icons and 'structure' of the program look dated, like a windows 7 program. I would feel more assured of the program's quality if there was a section highlighting Vu's capabilities and demonstrating with pictures. I feel like I don't have a clear idea of this application.

I love how you can collaborate and share ideas in real-time and those ideas come together to formulate something that actually works. I love how you can mark up and measure blueprints for the designs that are uploaded. This program makes it easy to modify these blueprints to come up with something feasible that will work in the real world and having the option to have collaboration makes it easier for input from the contractors so you know you're not going to get into any legal trouble with the design modifications. Truly a blessing.
