CCMiner is a popular mining program for Monero, Zcash, MaxCoin, VertCoin, CryptoCoin, DarkCoin, AnimeCoin, DigiByte, LBRY Credits, Midnight, AEON and other less known cryptocurrencies. This utility was created on the basis of the miner of the same name by Christian Buchner. Unfortunately, the author of the original project lost interest in his child and has not updated the source files of the utility since June 2014. In turn, a small team of enthusiasts decided to fix the problem, and eventually it all led to the creation of a new improved version of the program. Currently, the utility has stable support for CUDA technology for graphics cards from NVIDIA, color hash lighting and new mining algorithms for advanced cryptocurrencies.

CCMiner is launched via a BAT file ("batnik"), in which all the necessary configuration settings, mining pool address and Stratum mode activation key must be specified in advance. The utility itself opens in the command line window. If you have correctly specified all the parameters in the "batnik", then a few seconds after the program is loaded the mining process will start. To control the extraction of cryptocurrency and the status of your video card, the utility provides special commands, which can be found in more detail in the official user manual.

CCMiner is far from being the easiest altoin mining program, but thanks to its flexible settings and absence of a graphical interface, this utility demonstrates a rather high speed of mining (kilohash/s). At the same time, it focuses on a huge number of potentially profitable cryptocurrencies, when, like many old miners, they offer only a limited set of tools for extracting resource-intensive Ethereum and Bitcoin.

why not an automining batch file windows executable. all gpu one coin miners now available. Been mining $vtc on my home rig Vertcoin NVIDIAGeForce loving the cuda perf on ccminer. That moment when you realize you were running the wrong build of ccminer.

I have been using CCMiner for a few months now and overall I have had a great experience with it. It is very easy to set up and configure and I found it to be quite intuitive. The software has a great interface and is highly customizable which makes it easy to use for different mining algorithms. Additionally, I have found the mining performance to be quite good and the hash rates to be quite high. The software also has good support with regular updates and bug fixes. I have had a great experience with the software overall and highly recommend it.

I have been using CCMiner for a few weeks now and have experienced some great results. The software is easy to use, intuitive and works well with any graphics card. It provides detailed information about the current mining process, as well as an organized display of the results. I like the fact that it offers several algorithms to choose from and that it is constantly being updated. I haven't experienced any performance issues so far, and it's been running smoothly. It's also free, so that's definitely a plus. One downside is that there's no support for Linux, but overall, I'm satisfied with my experience so far.
