This product rips audio files from CDs.
I've actually used this program before this HIT, and it was very easy to use. It works with Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP. This encompasses almost every single Windows operating system version in the last 2 decades so there will be no lack of customer support. It allows for constant and variable bitrate settings, which is great for the data hoarders who want either the best possible quality or who want control over encoding settings. It can get album metadata from different databases if the files on the CD do not have them, and can correct volume. It is highly optimized and runs well even on my ten year old dual core and 4GB of slow RAM. It could probably run on any computer in my house, including the original Pentium's. The best part is that it's free. Anyone can download it and it's incredibly fast. I haven't tested their claims of the fastest in the world, but I can attest to its speed. It ripped my entire Pink Floyd CD in a matter of minutes. It is very well designed and the G. U. I. is simple and easy to learn. It's very rock-solid in its performance. I especially love its simplicity. A senior could learn how to work this program. It is a bit lacking in the bells and whistles department, but who needs bells and whistles when you have a solid program that does exactly what you want, without crashing or being buggy? It works with a CD or DVD disc drive, which means the drive you use to rip the discs doesn't have to be a CD drive.
It has many features relating to the quality and file format of the audio being ripped.
