The program is designed to quickly and easily change the appearance of the icon of folders and partitions of the disk to any of the specified by you (ICO, CUR, ICL, PNG or from the resources of DLL, EXE, etc.) in Windows operating systems. For quicker access to your favorite icons, IconTo has a small list of Windows system resources that contain icons, a list that you can add to yourself. Also, the program has built-in icons consisting of different styles and suitable for different operating systems, the number of which exceeds 300 pieces.

The program is also able to extract icons from resources and save them separately in ICO format, or completely group of icons in ICL format. The program has a simple and clear interface with the ability to change the style of the program, which consists of more than 50 styles and change the language of the program.
