Oh, I wish I had found this product sooner! I won't call myself a procrastinator, but I will say that I am easily distracted. By breaking an hour into manageable chunks, I'm able to commit to the ten minutes of work, knowing that I have a scheduled break to come. I'm always big on rewards, so the two minutes is my pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. This is especially beneficial when doing tasks that aren't as enjoyable, or ones that use a lot of brain power. By giving my brain 2 minutes to refocus, I'm able to press through for the next ten minutes knowing there is a break at the other end. A product like this helps you develop healthy habits, which makes for a much more productive day!
