iTube Studio

iTube Studio is a program by Aimersoft that downloads video files from websites, either by pasting the web address of the video or with a Download button added to your browser.

Features:

• Resolution options up to 4K when you download.
• Audio only downloading, e.g. YouTube to MP3.
• Free trial.
• One-Click downloads from the browser.
• Multiple conversion formats.
• Recording of streaming videos.
• Transfer of videos to iOS and Android devices.

The software downloads online videos in up to 4K resolution and converts them to formats that play on computers, phones and tablets.

iTube Studio is a video downloader that supports more than 10,000 video sites, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Vimeo. After installation it adds a Download button to the browser, so a video can be saved with one click while it plays; alternatively, you copy the URL and click Paste URL in the program. Whole YouTube playlists and channels can be downloaded in a batch, and the Download then Convert mode saves each video directly in the format you need. The user interface is solid and very user friendly: a sidebar gives access to the Download, Record, Convert, Transfer and Online sections. The program is paid software with a free trial version, and licences are sold on the Aimersoft website with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The built-in converter supports more than 150 formats, including MP4, AVI, MKV, WMV, MOV, MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV and FLAC. This software is useful for people who listen to their music and watch videos online and want to keep copies for offline use. There is no wireless transfer: phones and tablets are connected with a USB cable, and the program supports iPhone and iPad with iOS 5 or later and devices with Android 2.2 or later. The Record function captures videos from sites that cannot be downloaded directly, and a built-in player lets you watch the downloaded files. A Mac version of iTube Studio is also available.
