Excellent support from the company through their forum. I was able to get my files analyzed and detailed personal responses. This is how support SHOULD work. The company has caring techs who actually follow up and take ownership. I have had several conversations on the forum that continued in email and was just blown away by the respectful and friendly attitude. They gave me great support as a trial user and that convinced me to buy the product. It's much easier to use than other DAW software and I tried several before I found Mixcraft. I have found it easy to create and edit my creations. (I own version 6 and intend to upgrade to version 7
