NewFileTime is a program that allows you to change the date of creation, the date of change and the date of last opening of a file or folder. You can process files in batch mode.

To change the date and time in a file or folder, simply drag and drop them to the program window. However, there is no difference between a folder and a file, they are considered autonomous units. If you have added a specific folder to the list, you need to add them to the list separately (as shown in the screenshot) in order for the files in this folder to also change their date.

NewFileTime lets you easily manipulate the creation, modification, and last opening dates of files or folders in batch mode.

You can change the creation, modification and last opening dates by selecting the day in the built-in calendar, or by setting the number of days for which you want to adjust the date. Each date changes separately, and you can change, for example, only the date of opening, without changing the date of creation and change.

The program is very specific in its functionality, but has three indisputable advantages - it is free use, portability (does not require installation) and a very small size of the executable file.

I didn't think I needed this software but  I do.  NewFileTime for Windows lets me manipulate any timestamp for any files on my system.  That's so cool.  I didn't know that was possible.  It offers summer and winter timestamp corrections.  It changes timestamp by drag and drop.  How cool.

NewFileTime is a great software for quickly and easily changing file times. It has a simple and straightforward user interface, which makes it easy to use. I was able to change the date and time of many files at once in a matter of seconds. It also allowed me to preview the changes before I committed them, which was a great help. I found it to be very reliable and efficient, and I appreciate that it never crashed while I was using it. Additionally, it was also able to schedule tasks, which was an added bonus. It was also helpful that it was lightweight and didn't take up too much system resources. All in all, I found NewFileTime to be an excellent choice for quickly changing file times.

I recently used NewFileTime software to modify the time and date of some files. It was easy to use and the interface was quite intuitive. The software was also quite fast and efficient when it came to making the changes. I also liked that it included a preview of the modification which was very helpful. It had the option to undo any changes which was also a plus. It worked great with all kinds of files and folders. I didn't encounter any errors or bugs while using this software. All in all, it was a good experience.
