This is a software that is usable for all computers and there is a linux version for this as well,  Overall I think that this is a great platform and that people overlook software like this.  This is a usable application for everyone and I think that it is very useful.  This is a great thing to use when getting new computers and software

I have used Portable GIMP on my laptop for a few months now and found it to be a great tool for photo editing. It is easy to install and use, with lots of features and options available. The only downside I have noticed is that the file size of the images I have edited has increased a bit after processing.
