Quick Cliq

Quick Cliq from Apathy Softworks is a free, portable menu launcher for Windows. A custom menu with links to programs, files, folders, web addresses and commands opens wherever the mouse is, triggered by a hotkey or a mouse gesture, so frequently used items are always one or two clicks away without cluttering the desktop or taskbar.

Opens favourite programs, folders and links from a menu anywhere on screen.

Besides the launcher, Quick Cliq offers Clips, nine extra clipboards for text snippets, and Memos, encrypted notes. Window commands make windows transparent or keep them on top, and menus of recently used folders and running processes speed up navigation. Icons and colour themes can be customised. The program is no longer developed, and its website is gone.
